Yes, return shipping is the cost of the customer unless the product is faulty. All returns are to be first emailed to info@gr1pglove.com
Yes you can. Gloves must be still in their original packaging (plastic on latex still on). Return shipping is at the cost of the purchaser, however free shipping is offered for the correct size once the original has returned and has been inspected.
They are pretty true to size but can vary depending on the type of cut and style you have selected.
